Friday Homeschooling Class Series April 13th, 2018 from 10am-2pm
Bake Austin is offering Wednesday baking classes for homeschoolers ages 8 and up.
In our hands-on baking classes, your kids will be lead by me, a trained pastry chef and owner of Bake Austin. I have experience with homeschoolers and have also been a teacher at AHB Community School, Austin Eco School, and The Griffin School.
We will be baking cookies, cupcakes, yeast breads and other yummy things.
As I work with the kids, I will learn what they would like to learn to bake, but we will start with the basics.
We have baked seasonal baked goods for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, French macaroons, countless variations of cupcakes and cakes, cookies and cream puffs, both with gluten and without. The sky is the limit, and we always have fun!
You can look at the photos on my website or my Facebook page to see what awesome things the kids and I create in our camps and classes! I am also able to accommodate Gluten Free baking for this class (not for kids with celiac because I do work with flour frequently).
