Bread Camp
Ages 7–17 | June 29 –July 3 | 9am–1pm
Bread is one of the oldest things humans make — and one of the most satisfying to pull out of the oven yourself.
In Bread Camp, kids spend the week working with real dough, learning the mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking techniques behind breads from around the world. Popovers, scones, pão de queijo, sourdough, tortillas — something different every day, something warm to bring home every afternoon.
No prior experience needed. Just a willingness to get their hands in the dough.
