Bake Austin Summer Camps 2026

Bake Austin summer camps are for kids who want to actually bake — not watch someone else do it.

Every camp is hands-on from day one. Kids work with real tools, real recipes, and real techniques alongside Chef Lucy, with personalized instruction throughout the week. They clean up after themselves, troubleshoot when things go sideways, and bring something home every single afternoon.

By the end of the week most kids don’t just know how to bake. They know they can.

Morning camps run Monday–Friday, 9am–1pm. See the full schedule below.

Here’s what a typical day looks like.

Chef Lucy starts each camp by greeting students and walking through the ingredients and tools they’ll be using. Then she guides them step by step through each recipe — cooking alongside them, answering questions, and offering tips as they go. Every student gets individual attention, and everyone leaves with a finished, delicious result.

Kids also clean up as they go. Pascal insisted on it, and so does Lucy. Responsibility in the kitchen is part of the curriculum.
