In this class we will be learning how to make the new craze: Mirror Cakes! We will decorate small cakes with this amazing technique. If you don't know what a mirror cake is, ask your kids, chances are you will experience quite an excitement.

FOOD IMPOSTER CLASS

We will make cupcakes form scratch and then have a lot of fun decorating them like Food Imposters.
We will have a few options available.
Each kid will come home with baked goods to share and recipes.

Halloween Cakes

Oct 20th - 10am - 2pm - Ages 8-15
In this class we will bake yummy cakes and decorate them in the theme of Halloween. We will make butter cream and use fondant for the final detail. This class is always fun and the kids will be able to use their own expression to decorate their individual cake. Sign up for this annual baking class today!

Dias De La Muertes Cookies

Viva la Mexico! In this super fun class we will make shortbread cookies and royal icing from scratch and decorate the cookies in honor of Dias De La Muertes. Each student will leave with the recipes and also cookies to share. Our classes are always hands-on and educational.

Masterclass: Croissants

Nov 3rd - 10am - 2pm - Ages 8-15
In this Masterclass we will make delicious croissants. This class is for previous students that are passionate about baking and who have some experience in baking. We will talk about laminated dough and learn what makes a good croissant. The students participating need to be able to knead dough and roll out the dough which is quite a workout. Everyone will as always come home with baked goods. Sign up today!
Tortellini

In this super fun hands-on pasta class the kids will make everything from scratch including a delicious sauce to go with the tortellini. We will eat the pasta here and the kids will each take a little pasta dough home to keep the fun going at home.

Board Game Cakes

One of my favorite things to make is board game cakes. There is nothing more enjoyable for me than to bake & decorate a cake that is not only delicious but also functional. The students will bake their own cakes and decorate them. Then the kids will be able to play their games and eat them too.

Pie Class

In our annual pie class the kids learn how to create their own pie to share with their family for Thanksgiving. Each student can choose which pie they will make. The choices will be a classic pumpkin pie, my favorite cranberry cream pie (GF), a lovely apple pie, or a key lime pie. We will learn how to finish each pie with a lovely decoration. Recipes included.

Gingerbread houses

In our annual Gingerbread House class we will make gingerbread dough and decorate gingerbread houses and cookies. The houses are made by me ahead of time, but the kids will make and bake cookies. They will assemble their own houses with royal icing and decorate them with candy.
