Our camps are designed for young chefs who are passionate about cooking and baking and want to learn from the best.
Our virtual format allows participants to join in from anywhere, so they can expand their culinary skills without leaving their homes.
At Bake Austin, we are led by Chef Pascal, a seasoned culinary expert who will guide participants through a variety of cooking and baking classes. Our curriculum focuses on hands-on learning, so participants will have the opportunity to cook and bake alongside Chef Pascal and other students, and receive personalized feedback and instruction.

With our focus on cooking, baking, and other culinary skills, you'll learn from the best, Chef Pascal, as you create delicious meals and sweet treats from the comfort of your own home.
Our morning and afternoon sessions offer a variety of cuisines, so you can explore new and exciting flavors. And, with our flexible drop-in sessions, you can participate even if you can't commit to an entire week. Plus, sign up for one spot and bring a friend or sibling along - you'll only be charged per screen, not per participant, so everyone can join in on the fun!
Our inclusive and welcoming classroom is designed for students aged 8 to 16, providing a unique opportunity for community building and making new friends from all over the world.
Each class lasts 2 to 2 and a half hours, and is held Monday through Friday during the summer.
Chef Pascal starts each class by greeting students and going over the ingredients and tools needed. Then, she guides you step by step through each recipe, cooking alongside you and offering tips, tricks, and answering any questions you may have.
She celebrates and supports each student individually, ensuring everyone has a finished and delicious dish by the end of the class.
At Bake Austin, we believe in hands-on, interactive learning, and Chef Pascal has a special talent for making every step easy and understandable. Plus, we emphasize responsibility and cleanliness, so you'll learn to keep your kitchen tidy as you go.
