2018 Class Schedule
Our classes are always hands-on and educational. We start the day off with talking about the recipes and the techniques we are using, as well as food safety and proper use of equipment. Then we continue to make the recipe from scratch, the kids do it all, measuring and making the batter or dough. While the baked goods are baking, we have a short lunch, and then we finish by decorating and/or icing whatever we baked.
