After graduating from the prestigious Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts as a pastry chef, I founded Bake Austin as an enrichment program for kids and adults.
I’m a German native, and my inspiration for Bake Austin stems from the beautiful German tradition of Kaffeeklatsch; a gathering of family and friends over cake, coffee, and a good conversation. I infuse the creativity I gained as a little girl with the amazing experiences of travelling the world when designing online cooking classes for kids. Whether your child is an expert or is simply excited to get their hands dirty, I make cooking a fun and exciting experience! |

Through my lessons, my goal is to engage your children and make the whole cooking experience fun and exciting!
I guide them through basic cooking and baking recipes, safely, from measuring ingredients all the way to cleaning up after.

How do I sign up?
Signing up is as simple as filling up a form. Once you do, you will be redirected to our new registration page. Enter your information and you’re ready to go!
Which age range are my classes geared for?
That depends on each class. I work with kids between 9-16 and it's been really cool to see how the kids help each other out. We are becoming virtual friends!
I have two kids. Do I have to register both of them?
My classes are for the whole family. If you have more than one kid who wants to take part, you only need to pay for one—unless otherwise specified.
