Valentine's Cookie Class

We had a fun Valentine's cookie class last weekend and we ended up with tons of cookies. 

Rolling out and cutting out heart shapes from fondant. We then played out the fondant hearts to dry a bit before stamping them.

Rolling out and cutting out cookie dough that we made from scratch. 

Here we are learning how to separate egg yolks from egg whites. Sometimes I think we should have class just on cracking eggs. :) 

We were stamping and write on the fondant hearts with food coloring.
