Valetine, my bloody Valentine

Bake Austin hosted an adult Valentine's class with Kitchen Underground. We had 3 couples over in our home based bakery and baking school. The champagne was flowing and guitar strings were strung.

Here are our lovely couples.

Making molten chocolate lava cake. YUM! 

Filling raspberries with chocolate and dipping strawberries in chocolate, drizzled with white chocolate. 

Here we made chocolate bowls and even attempted to make those fancy chocolate balls... it almost worked. We needed a mold. Next time! 

It doesn't get much better. Chocolate, blueberries and whipped cream, topped with a sprig of mint.

I could have not imagined a better night! Everyone was so nice and fun and I would bake with these people anytime again! Thank you!
